Directed the development of an all-in-one travel planning web application called Tripago. Tripago enables users to discover and track flight, hotel, vehicle service, and activity bookings, while also enabling users to collaborate on group itineraries, share trip memories, and explore new trip ideas through recommendations. Core functions of the app serve to be a travel planner, a travel log, and a pocket financial tracker designed to help users manage their travel expenses. Role as project manager comprised of leading a team of five members using agile methodologies, coordinating sprints via Scrum board, managing the roadmap, prototyping in Figma, overseeing Git repository management, enforcing coding and design standards, creating agendas, hosting regular meetings and progress reviews, and resolving team conflicts to sustain project momentum and positive team dynamics. Experience gained as a project manager sought on ensuring alignment with the product vision in order to deliver a fully scoped and polished final product.
