Contributed to the development of CookCraft, a cookbook inspired web application that allows users to create, view, save, like, and comment on recipes from other users, while also allowing users to add recipes to a fully functional in app meal planner, explore new recipes through specific detailed filters, and level up their culinary profile by gaining likes and recognition for their creations on the platform. As a developer working on both the frontend and backend, collaborating with a team of five developers and one project manager, responibilities included creating and managing tasks on a Scrum board, participating in weekly meetings, contributing to both coding and database management, implementing features aligned with Figma prototypes, hosting usability testing, managing the Git repository, resolving code conflicts, maintaining adherence to coding and design standards, debugging, and conducting peer code reviews. Experience gained from this project strengthened full-stack development skills, knowledge of specific frameworks and languages, database management expertise, and the ability to deliver features in an agile team environment.
